3. Services Description
CabinPulse provides remote monitoring services through cellular-connected devices that track temperature, humidity, power status, and air quality.
4. Account Terms
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Account sharing is permitted only with trusted persons
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms
5. Service Area
- Service is available only in the continental United States and Canada
- Service requires cellular coverage in your area by our network partners
- There is no guarantee of service in areas with poor cellular coverage
- At our discretion, we may permit returns in the case of poor cellular coverage in your intended service area
6. Payment Terms
- Prices are as listed on our website in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Renewals and payments are not automatic; your account will not automatically renew
- All payments are processed through Stripe
7. Refund Policy
30-Day Guarantee
- Full refund of device and subscription will be provided when requested within 30 days of purchase, give conditions are met
- Device must be returned in resaleable condition
- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility, unless waived at our discretion
- Customers may only take advantage of the 30-Day Guarantee once; subsequent requests will be refused except at our discretion
After 30 Days
- No refunds after 30 days unless approved at our discretion
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds beyond the 30-day period
8. Device Warranty
- 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase
- Covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions
- Contact support@cabinpulse.com for warranty claims
- We will repair or replace defective devices at our discretion
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse (such as use outdoors) or unauthorized modifications
9. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions due to cellular network issues
- Damage resulting from device malfunction
- Consequential damages
- Events beyond our reasonable control
10. Device Usage
- Devices are for indoor use only
- Operating temperature range: -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F)
- Battery life may be reduced in extreme temperatures
11. Data Collection and Privacy
